Being part of Polanco’s entrepreneurs and one of the founders of the first Business Improvement District in the city, we proposed the area’s public space renewal. Our project included temporary pedestrianization of certain sections and the setting up of thematic street fairs and other events. We also planed for improved and accesible crosswalks, special bays for loading and unloading merchandise and for valet parking, ordering a very chaotic busy commercial area. We supplement the proposal with a bellow grade parking lot on Musset street. Particular attention is put in Virgilio Street, with the long term purpose of eradicating vehicular traffic.
