Limited competition entry for a residential complex in an irregular ocean side site in Rosarito, Baja California. We were asked to plan the site so as to build the project in stages, with each section having their own common areas. The overall layout, not only permitted this but allowed for vehicular and pedestrian traffic to become independent and grant ocean views in all units. With the full stages finished common areas, gardens and monuments where proposed near the cliff sides and in a small bay, a beach and mooring dock was generated.
